Day 34 – What a difference!

Reading time: < 1 minute

I am continuing with the regimen of 25 drops in one cup of distilled water, three times a day.  I am way past the 21 day protocol, but I feel that my diabetic, overweight body still needs the therapeutic dosage rather than maintenance.

I am going to visit my family during Spring Break and will take my hydrogen peroxide and distilled water with me.  I don’t want to miss even one day.

New results: I have no cravings for sweets.  I have more energy and have not needed a nap for the last 6 days.  My palms quit peeling over a week ago. I’m not exactly sure when, but the peeling got less and then was gone so quickly I didn’t even notice. I will be more aware now so that I can report accurately to you.

How about you, what do you think?

Another Volunteer for the Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy Experiment

I just hung up with Keith. He is interested in starting on the Hydrogenperoxide regimen. He is about 54-55, has psoriasis, allergic to alcohol and trying to stop drinking, eats bad food, alternately puts himself on a weight loss diet or eats like a pig and gets fat.

I can’t wait to see what difference the therapy can do to him.

What about you? What are your thoughts on this subject?

Huntress Diary… hopes and aspirations from hydrogenperoxide therapy

Reading time: 2 – 2 minutes

Oxygen Therapy…hope or hoopla or hoax?  I’m going to find out for myself.

Fears:  I am afraid that it won’t work… it will taste gross and I won’t stick to it..I won’t be disciplined enough to drink 3 glasses of water with this stuff in it a day, or to follow the regimen (1 hour before eating and 3 hours after eating).

Aspirations: I want to control my diabetes symptoms, lose weight, be healthy, feel cleansed, feel good from top of head to tip of toes…too much to ask?

Current facts:  Day One was Feb 6.  I drank 3 drops of food-grade H2O2 in 8 ounces of distilled water.  A little aftertaste like chlorine but not as bad as I expected.

Day Five:  I’m up to 7 drops today. Haven’t noticed any aftertaste like chlorine since day one. I feel more energy and my skin is less dry. My waistline roll is softer, mushier, not hard like before. I haven’t taken my regular morning Benadryl since starting this regimen, but…surprise! No  morning phlegm.

Day Eight:  I’m up to 12 drops and I still don’t notice any aftertaste like chlorine.  This is easier to swallow than I expected!  I noticed my palms are peeling significantly (figure it’s an outward cleansing… just a hunch.).  I’ve also noticed for the past two days I am eating more lately… anything and everything… almost out-of-control. I won’t lose weight this way.

Day Twelve:  I’m up to 20 drops and only a very slight aftertaste. I just chewed sugar-free cinnamon gum. The lack of phlegm has allowed me to find out what now causes that throat-clearing phlegm… when I eat pimento cheese or jalapeno cheddar sausage, so far.  I’m over the eating binge.  Weird!

What questions does this raise for you?
