Are you wondering if the hydrogen peroxide will work wonders with and against the swine flu?
I can only tell you what I think. If your body is clean, i.e. you started cleaning it with h2o2, then the answer is a definite yes.
If you are counting on ordering 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide when you are already sick… forget about it.
So what should you do? Well, in my opinion, order a quart or a pint of the stuff and start doing the protocol as soon as you have 30 bucks.
The exact protocol is in the sidebar, but here is the address again: http://answers-h2o2.com/benefits-hydrogen-peroxide
In the simplest terms: you start with 3 drops 3 times a day in a glass of purified or distilled water. You increase the number of drops by 1 every day till you get to three times 25 drops. If you are still seeing results, stay on this high amount until you see no results. Then do the reverse… reduce the amount of drops taken by one each time. Stay on a maintainance schedule of 1-3 times a week 25 drops.
Simple enough?
Another important thing: don’t drink it right after eating: the food may be full of bacteria and the hydrogen peroxide will foam up and cause you to either vomit or feel nausea… believe me, it is not worth it.
Another warning: don’t take it together with other supplements, like vitamin C, or antioxidants or drink vitamin c enriched juice as a chaser. The antioxidants in these stop the effectiveness of the therapy.
I myself created my own schedule, and took half the daily drops first thing in the morning, and last thing at night.
If you are between 20 and 40, the flu can be deadly. Why? That’s what I hear… don’t know why.

I am continuing with the regimen of 25 drops in one cup of distilled water, three times a day. I am way past the 21 day protocol, but I feel that my diabetic, overweight body still needs the therapeutic dosage rather than maintenance.
I am going to visit my family during Spring Break and will take my hydrogen peroxide and distilled water with me. I don’t want to miss even one day.
New results: I have no cravings for sweets. I have more energy and have not needed a nap for the last 6 days. My palms quit peeling over a week ago. I’m not exactly sure when, but the peeling got less and then was gone so quickly I didn’t even notice. I will be more aware now so that I can report accurately to you.
Your thoughts?

February 14th, 2009 — hydrogenperoxide therapy, skin stuff

Day 1-4
It was a little tricky to develop a schedule of eating and drinking to fit in three times when I was more than three hours after the least meal given that I have been a chain eater all my life.
I knew that if I don’t find a good and sustainable schedule, I will not do the program for 21 days, not even for a week.
This is what I came up with: get up in the morning, drink (one after the other) two installations of the h2o2 water… then a regular day, east last meal around 7~8-ish, and drink my third installment of the h2o2 water at bedtime… 11~12:30-ish.
This worked, except one time when a client woke me up and needed immediate attention, so while I was on the phone with her I made tea and had it… (considered a meal, grrr.)
Observations for day 1-4
My bathroom excretions were extremely stinky. #1 and #2. #1 was even stinkier than #2. Go figure.
After Day 4 I didn’t have to sit on the potty for too long to pee… I didn’t notice it until it was gone, that the past year or so I peed and nothing, and peed and nothing… as if there had been an obstruction, like a stone, a polip, a tumor… it seems to be gone.
Another observation: my skin cleared up. I dunno… like no pimples, no peeling skin, no roughness. Why? Beats me… Maybe the h2o2 water?
What about you? What are your thoughts on this subject?
